Problem
This PR is a first step to implement AEGIS AEAD cipher support for NepTUN. It extends the Wireguard xplatform interface of additional fields for cipher negotiation. The extension will be only used by NepTUN Wireguard user-space implementation.
Solution
Added
supported_ciphersandselected_cipherfields to UAPI xplatform. The fields will be used to negotiate theencryption algorithm between the libtelio and NepTUN.
Supported ciphers according to the RFC LLT-0125:
